Neurodiversity-Informed Support for Schools and Education Professionals
Practical, compassionate ADHD and neurodiversity support for schools, grounded in professional lived experience and real-world understanding of education settings.
Based in Hailsham, East Sussex, working with schools and education professionals across the UK.
Supporting Neurodivergent Learners Is Complex
Schools are under increasing pressure to support neurodivergent students while balancing academic demands, behaviour policies, attendance targets, safeguarding, and family relationships.
Many professionals care deeply and are doing their best, yet still feel stuck. Parent–school relationships can become strained. Strategies that look clear on paper do not always translate into the classroom. Executive function challenges, emotional dysregulation, and unmet needs can quickly escalate into stress for everyone involved.
My work supports schools and education professionals to better understand neurodivergent learners and to build more effective, compassionate approaches that work in real life.
My Approach to Neurodiversity in Education
I am an experienced former teacher, executive functions and an ADHD parent coach, and a late-diagnosed ADHDer.
This means I understand:
- The realities and constraints of school environments
- The lived experience of neurodivergent children, families and educators
- How quickly misunderstanding can turn into conflict or breakdown in trust
My work is neurodiversity informed, strengths based, and grounded in both professional experience and lived reality. It is not about blame or compliance. It is about clarity, understanding, and practical support.
Areas of Support for Schools

Why Teaching with a Difference?
